Hot off the Presses!

Here it is--the Teen Summer Reading Flyer, complete with info about how the Summer Reading Program works! Click here for the Teen Summer Reading Flyer.

As always, you can register for any of these programs online by clicking here, by calling (412) 882-5694, or by speaking to one of the awesome library employees at the circulation desk. You can also drop me an email at hoptayj@einetwork.net if that's easiest for you, too.

Don't forget to look for me at the Brentwood Middle School on Monday, May 18 (if you're in 6th grade, I'll see you there) and Wednesday, May 20 (if you're in 7th & 8th grade, I'll be chatting to you all).

There's so much to look forward to, friends. So BE EXCITED!

May Day! May Day!

Now that April's over, we're moving on to the month of May. Because I'll be doing a lot of school visits for Summer Reading, our activities have slowed down to just the regular stand-by: The Rec Room! It's still open from 3-4:30 pm every Monday that school is in session, so for this month, that means:

  • May 4

  • May 11

  • May 18

  • NOT OPEN: May 25 due to the library's observance of Memorial Day

The very last Rec Room for the summer will be Monday, June 1, and it's worth your while to stop by because there may be some awesome freebees!

Keep your eyes out for the Summer Reading Flyer, which will have all the programs for teens entering grades 6-12. It'll be posted to this blog very soon!
